Exclusivity: Listings on this Site are the exclusive property of OurRx Consulting LLC. You
may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative Listings without our prior written consent.
Right to Remove or Modify: We may remove or modify any Listing at our discretion, without notice, if it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
8. Confidentiality & NDAs
Access to detailed Listing materials (e.g., Confidential Information Memoranda) may require a mutual Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA). By executing an NDA, you agree to keep all information strictly confidential and use it solely for transaction evaluation. Fraudulent or unauthorized use of an NDA is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
